MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING RESOURCES

The purpose of this page is to give people who are interested in getting more training in Motivational Interviewing access to different resources such as Motivational Interviewing PowerPoint (PPT) Presentations, Videos and other educational products meant to teach MI.

One of the best ways to enhance your knowledge of MI or to keep learning about it once you have attended a training is to find other people who are also interested in MI so that you can discuss your questions and observations. Dr. Fader has started a group on the networking site Linkedin for this purpose. Click here to join the Linkedin networking group.

During each Motivational interviewing Training, workshop or seminar, Dr. Fader’s work is facilitated by the use of a powerpoint presentation to convey the sprit, theory and technique of Motivational Interviewing. The powerpoint presentation on Motivational Interviewing is meant only as a map to guide participants through participating in the experiential exercises that will help them to really integrate Motivational Interviewing as a “way of being” with clients. Click here to down load a selection of Dr. Fader’s Motivational Interviewing Powerpoint Presentation.
